Our Fees & Terms

By proceeding with the plumbing request you agree to the fees and terms outlined below.

Our Fee Structure

  • Service Call Fee - includes the first 30 mins of labour: $90 + gst

  • Labour - Qualified Plumber Hourly Rate: $100.00 + gst / hour

  • Labour - Senior Apprentice Plumber Hourly Rate: $60.00 + gst / hour

  • Labour - Junior Apprentice Plumber Hourly Rate: $40.00 + gst / hour

  • Sewer Jetter Machine Fee: $220 + gst (plus additional fees for labour)

  • Emergency Call Out Fee: $200.00 + gst (plus additional fees for labour)

Call Our Fee: As per above any site visit for investigative plumbing includes a Service Call Fee of $90 + gst. A Service Call Fee will include the first half hour of labour if work begins at that time.

For larger projects: A detailed scope of works will be outlined before any work commences. This will include fees for a Qualified Senior Plumber and an Apprentice Plumber. We require a small deposit for larger project bookings prior to work commencing.

This plumbing services agreement is between yourself (The Client) and Kookaplumba.

Terms and Conditions

  1. All work shall be performed in accordance with local and national ordinance and plumbing code AS 3500.

  2. The Client agrees to make full payment for the amount listed in this plumbing contract within the specified period, usually within 3 days of the project’s completion by Kookaplumba. If the job runs for longer than 1 week, we will bill for the progress of the job at the end of each week.

  3. Kookaplumba shall perform all plumbing work in a professional and quality manner. We offer no warranty for any fixtures or other materials installed during the project, these will come from the manufactuer. Any materials and fixtures supplied by client must be managed by the client. We will of course manage warranty claims on materials supplied by Kookaplumba if a fault is discovered. This is rare as we ensure all materials are of the best quality but if it occurs we will resolve on your behalf.

  4. Kookaplumba shall not be held liable for loss or damage beyond their reasonable control, and shall not be liable for damages beyond the total price paid by the Customer for the plumbing work listed in a scope of works or agreed to at call out.

  5. The Client agrees to remove or otherwise protect any personal belongings inside and near the working area.

  6. The Client acknowledges that work delays are possible should required materials or fixtures not be immediately available.
